I'm an 84 year old cash buyer and they couldn't care less. Lied on more than 1 occasion about the survey being done and I would've recommend them to anyone! Their loss as I've now got 2 properties to sell and will NOT be using them.

Because we live in Cyprus we have had to use this company as the other EA's in Denbigh do not have a Letting Agency branch in the town and we thought (ha ha) that because Williams did they would be great. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fired all their staff and started again and ensured that there was access to the owner of company. I have been totally unable to find out who it is or contact him/her.
