WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR We were looking to rent a property through Williams estates and all they did was lie through their teeth to us and then refused to give me my £100 back. They also have out my details and my report to "my mum" but she could of been anyone as they didn't speak to me to confirm she was my mum. We was told they accept guarantors then told they didn't We was told they don't credit check under 21s then they do They didn't even credit check me but still took the 100 pound I have a crappy piece of paper with my name on it. Is that what i spent £100 on. 1 piece of paper. And we didn't even get the house. Every other estate agent we spoke to all said they won't take money from us till they r certain we would get the house.. Oh no not them they take the payment then fuck you off. an expecting mother doesn't need to loose £200 for jack shit. It's pathetic. I will be contacting small claims court and whoever else I need to contact to get my money back. Fine keep my partners cuz he didn't declare that he had a ccj but he didn't know he had one he thought cuz it was paid off it was gone from his name but that's no one's business.
