I was charged for replacing perfectly fine hand basin (�250). They took advantage of me not being able to attend on move out day. Said it was damaged beyond repair. I asked to send me pictute of the basin, they ignored it. Will look for gelp now at citizens advice. They never provided proof that ... Read Full Review

Avoid like the plague. Never return calls or requests unless it's in their interest, will come to inspect the property every quarter and then skip over any problems they need to address.
