I have never in life come across such a cowboy operation like this. Please think first before doing business with these incompetents. Letting agent never called back - made false promises, meant that I was 2 weeks late moving in, which in turn cost me. Returned calls and emails. Been polite. Not personally insulted me and treated me like a tramp.

Landlords from hell. Do not rent with these guys. They never answer phone call, emails etc. They never solve any problems. And they don't return your deposit on time. What agent could do to change your mind?
I won\'t be recommending this agent no matter what they say. Although I wish that no one else will have to go through what we had to go through. I hope that their service will improve.
