Unprofessional, rude, incompetent. Please do not give these idiots any more work, rude!!!!!!!!!

I have never in life come across such a cowboy operation like this. Please think first before doing business with these incompetents. I have made a formal complaint to Leeds City Council today and I am seeking legal advice. We have had issue after issue since we moved in, a total of 60 emails/calls all reporting problems we've had. Tony Dyer fobs people off with false promises and is the rudest person it has ever been my displeasure to deal with. Despite reporting a serious issue on more than 10 occasions he has done nothing about it. My child has been seriously injured which resulted in a stay in hospital. Tony Dyer couldn't care less, he actually told me he would contact the police if I called again. Please please do not rent or let out your home through these idiots. We had no inventory done when we moved in, gas certificates out of date, no emergency contact number should there be any property issues. When asked what we should do if for example the boiler was to break over the Christmas period Tony Dyer told me that we would have to put on a jumper!!! I am assuming that Walker Smale either are being blackmailed/are in bed with by this pratt or the monkey they offered the job to first refused the position.

Letting agent never called back - made false promises, meant that I was 2 weeks late moving in, which in turn cost me. Returned calls and emails. Been polite. Not personally insulted me and treated me like a tramp.

Very rude man. Those who answer the phones in the office sound like they've just got out of bed. I've never had to deal with anyone as rude in my 10 years as a tenant. In fact, I've never had any problems as a tenant until I started dealing with Walker Smale! May be good on the Sales side, but certainly not with Lettings.

I won\'t be recommending this agent no matter what they say. Although I wish that no one else will have to go through what we had to go through. I hope that their service will improve.

The property we rented with them had broken boiler, leaking fridge, no gas safety certificate and moth nest under carpet. It was supposed to be decorated prior our moving in date but they didn't decorate it or clean it (cat hair in fridge!). Letting manager said to us, that we can easily give it a quick hoover and a lick of paint. When my husband complained, letting manager said if we contact him again he's gonna report us to police for abusive behaviour.
I am the happiest now we' moved out of there.
