I have never in life come across such a cowboy operation like this. Please think first before doing business with these incompetents. Letting agent never called back - made false promises, meant that I was 2 weeks late moving in, which in turn cost me. Landlords from hell. Do not rent with these guys. They never answer phone call, emails etc. They never solve any problems. And they don't return your deposit on time. What agent could do to change your mind?
I won\'t be recommending this agent no matter what they say. Although I wish that no one else will have to go through what we had to go through. I hope that their service will improve.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
