I agree with the other reviews on this site. I have just left a tenancy with Urban Base after 6 months, i just had enough. The service is disgusting. Sack the staff and start again or call it a day, they have stolen enough money from people.
Paid £525 in total and entered a property without working locks, lights, and other parts. Also had no paperwork, inventory was incorrect and the property was filthy. They had no interest - just want the money!

Horrible service in Durham branch, the staff there has the worst attitude I've ever seen, they just don't explain to you all the details, so you have to explore all the details yourself, otherwise you will be ripped off. The admin fee is 199+half month rent, so you are looking at around 450 pounds... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
