I don't normally bother writing reviews or putting in complaints, however, this particular set-up had me absolutely fuming. What agent could do to change your mind?
Since negotiation of fees was never even mentioned, perhaps the agent could have tried in the first place?

Their fees are sky high and even though we asked for a breakdown of these to find out why they were so much, we were told that there was no breakdown and we just had to accept them if we wanted the property. Once they have the contract signed and your money, communication deteriorates and they\'re not interested in any questions you might have.
