Charge £3.600 and my house was not sold as the buyer wouldn't commit to a completion date, but Ullyotts Driffield decided to charge me full time commission for not selling my house. Scandalous.

I was charged by Ullyotts Driffield £3.600 because after 6 months and 4 missed completion dates buy my purchaser I decided to take my house off the market. When it comes to your bond they seem to think that it is their right to claim the full amount from you 'as a starting point for negotiations' regardless of condition property is left in. Poor Agent. Treat tenants badly. In our case we were model tenants, keeping property in good order, always paying rent on time, made no difference. The agent could have simply been a little more reasonable in communicating and listening to tenants, rather than bluntly laying down rules and threats - they alienate good tenants like oursevles.
