RUDE! They do not even acknowledge you if you are not what they are looking for.
As the previous review they are extremely discriminative!
Ladies and gentleman.. I am under the impression that each and every employee at this establishment must have royal breeding, what with this and their amazing exclusive location in the world it is absolutely no wonder that they are far too superior to acknowledge/speak/accommodate the likes of the lower working class peasant!
!!!!! Please remember, a person may not be correct for you but you do not know their story or who they associate with. Word of verbal and virtual mouth is your biggest advertisement. You’ll be pleased to know I am very vocal in both areas :)

BTW to anyone who has been discriminated there is an amazing Agent down the same road who are extremely genuine and so helpful, a total breath of fresh air.

All properties advertised by this agency are with the condition of 'No DSS or Housing Benefit'.

All properties advertised by this agency are with the condition of 'No DSS or Housing Benefit'. Cheating Agent Do Rent from Them said about The Letting Line

1 star is far to generous for the agent and the staff. Basically, I am renting a property with this agent, and all I can say is are literally cheats and money grabbing.
On day 1, the go my contract incorrect where I want a 6 month break clause, and the convenient said that this was not requested but gave the option to the landlord. They refused to put this my contract until I provided evidence via email. The only reason I went ahead is because, I had just moved out of my other house and had not where to go.
On day 1 - I went ot the property to check the inventory, and found out the inventory was excplicty incorrect, and had to write a 3-4 page correction reponse - which they said they will file. That's all they did.
on day 1 - the house was smelling of damp and as a sever asthma patient I told them this is issue in the house. there was a visible and damp leak under the stair. I had to convince them before they decided to do something. Then the plumber confirms my observation, by stating that the lead has been there for a very long time!!!!! basically, if the inventory was done property this would have been picked up - instead the landlord and agent is denying any knowledge - which contradicts what the plumber had mentioned. I am paying nearly �2,000 pm for a property that would not have been able to rent out.
I have tried to complain but it is fall on deaf and incompetent ears. I now reporting them to Financial Ombudsman for bad practise. I can only say that the positive reports that has been post is by their friends or themselves. - this agents are a cheat!!!!!! Do Not Trust them!!!!!!!

1 star is too much for this company.
I have been refereed to this company by a good friend of mine, who mentioned that they are very professional, fair, they get on going properties and they always manage to work around clients' schedules. Obviously, late viewings and weekend viewings were like a heaven sent for my husband and I. We both work two jobs, we both work long hours. We had a viewing booked for 6 o'clock on Monday, and they cancelled at 05:30 pm, half an hour prior to the actual viewing, after my husband had taken half a day off from work. That was, needless to say, a money waste for us. The reason why they cancelled? They didn't have the property keys. Or the landlord took them. Or some bs like that. We tried to reschedule for Monday evening for the same property, the lady who we spoke to said that the soonest we can see it is on the following Saturday ( this happened on Monday). And then on Tuesday evening, I received a voicemail saying that the property we wanted had been given to someone else.
Regardless of anything I had to say about this situation, the lady who organized everything for us, was defensive and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. or, if she did, she didn't understand anything I tried to explained, or the fact that all I needed to know was if we had someone assigned to search for a property for us, if they have us in their database or if we should, in the meantime, contact some other estates agencies as well. She then transferred me to her manager whom I just asked if they have a complaints policy and if their staff were aware of it, because they can't really handle complaints, which in my opinion, they should. The moment I mentioned the word complaints, the office manager jumped to let me know her email address if I wanted to file in an official complaint. Again, if the office manager can't handle a complaint herself, how can the rest of her staff?
In conclusion? Not at all good organized, not at all helpful or friendly staff, they simply don't listen.Maybe someone should teach them that sales is roughly 80% listening and 20% talking, next time they should first listen and then jump to conclusions.
