They are expensive. I don't mind that in itself, but if you pay the top prices you expect a good level of service. Their prices do not offer value for money.

Paula is extremely efficient and always replies to my queries quickly. She is very polite, honest and knowledgeable during conversations on the phone or correspondence via email. Poor customer service, contacted them on two different occasions to ask for a viewing on a property, never got any response. After my second email, a few days later, the property I asked to view had been taken. Would not recommend, they are the least pro-active company... Read Full Review

Absolutely dreadful! Payed for are reference fee and everything checked out. Did not contact us when they said they would, had to chase them all the time.
