AVOID SIMS WILLIAMS AT ALL COSTS!!! They're your typical dodgy lettings agent to be quite honest, they're as nice and helpful as possible to get you in but once you're in, they're extremely slow to fix any problems but they're very quick to charge you for anything... Read Full Review

Upon check in, they sent my partner's details to the utility companies, despite me telling them that I would be paying the bills. This of course caused several nightmares. We sold our property through Sims Williams Chichester last year and although they sold the property for us the service was the worst I have ever experienced from an estate agent. What agent could do to change your mind?
For the price we paid they should offer a much better service to sellers, especially after an offer has been accepted.
