Upon check in, they sent my partner's details to the utility companies, despite me telling them that I would be paying the bills. This of course caused several nightmares. I'd heard from numerous sources, both landlords and tenants, that Sims Williams were pretty much the worst. But as a former landlord as well as renter of high-value properties.
