I have lived in private lets for several years and had rented a property from Roxburgh in Stewarton for just under 2 years and I have to say it was a brilliant and refreshing experience. As a tenant, I've had a few negative experiences with Agents who always seemed to lean more on the landlords side, often to the detriment of the property but Roxburgh are equally balanced, ensuring the tenants have a well-maintained property to live in and the landlords investment is looked after. It's a win/win situation and I wish more Letting Agents operated like Roxburgh. They are professional, friendly, extremely responsive and kept me up to date with all repairs. Inspections were regular enough to ensure the property was well maintained but not intrusive and I genuinely felt, for the first time in a long time, the Letting Agents also had the tenants interests at heart. Hands down, so far, the best letting agency I've dealt with. I can't recommend the team at Stewarton (Fiona, Sancha, Sheena and Corinna) enough to both tenants and landlords!

We have used the Roxburgh Group in Stewarton to manage a rental property in the town for many years now.
Our main contact has been Fiona Smyth who has been nothing but ultra professional and efficient. She has always found us wonderful tenants and sorts out any issues promptly. The Roxburgh Group have taken away all the stress of renting out a property and all the girls are a pleasure to deal with.
We have also sold a property through them and again the service was first class.
I would recommend them 100%!

I have been renting with Roxburgh for the last 5 years both with the Stewarton office and the Troon office. I have consistently found all the staff to be extremely professional, helpful, pleasant and very friendly. I wouldn't like to rent with anyone else!

This shows that the property being let is in brand new condition and empty. I know for a FACT that the tenant is still there currently. It also shows the flat below it as up for sale, It is not, and has not been for a NUMBER of years, it too is currently tenanted.
If this behaviour doesn't give cause for concern, then I don't know what will.
I recently viewed a flat in that (above link) same building. In fact it is still up for rent, because it has been empty for a year or so, the pictures showed it beautifully carpeted, it isn't. There is cheap laminate on the lounge floor, and dirty, tatty carpet in the bedrooms. The whole place needs redecoration.
I'm pretty sure there must be some kind of 'trades description act' to cover this kind of dishonesty.
Don't touch them, not even with someone else's bargepole!

I contacted Roxburgh, as all i had to do was prove it didnt live there on those dates.
I spoke to multiple people who had no interest in helping saying "its archived" and tellibg me thsre is no way to get this....thwy then agreed to send me a letter stating i didnt stay then on the dates.....the letter never arrived and they then claimed that the conversation never happened.
I would never recommend this company for any one to use.....EVER
