1. Reported to Ross and Liddell and young kids kicking footballs in the area and during which, damaged the fence. Gave them the address etc, told them what happened and I still got a bill.
1. Paying for uplifts for household goods, dumped by people renting. Mattresses, beds, sofa's furniture all being dumped by other residents and I still get a dam bills.
3. Fitted a new buzzer system that doesn't work.
4. Repaired a wall, which had at least a 2ft hole in it under a window in a common ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have reduced their fees CONSIDERABLY. Could, just occasionally, come to the property to ensure that the maintenance staff employed where doing their jobs. It would have been good if they had taken my complaints seriously and if the property managers assigned were worth anything near what they were getting paid. Even if all of the above were to happen in future, the 'service' received from them to date has been so poor, I think I would rather just move to a different property manager company.Attached Filesnbsp;
