Malicious or Ignorant. Platinum Properties were unable to complete even the basic repairs, took two years to resolve mould issues still was not resolved by the time we left. I don't think they have terrible intentions but as a small agency you can definitely tell they value their landlords more than their tenants. If you value your deposit, then do not use this company - they are supposed to work equally for the Landlord and the tenant but this isn't the case.
