The manager of the Ventnor branch commonly grossly overvalues properties, giving sellers false hope, which ultimately can sabotage the seller's chances of selling the property for some time to come.
What's even worse, this agent disputed our surveyor's down-valuation and report of structural defects, challenging his qualifications. Instead of proceeding to re-negotiation with the seller, the agent simply concluded that the surveyor is a cowboy, immediately struck us from the deal without our consent, and remarketed the property. It is therefore no surprise when the property commonly reappears on the market every few weeks following a series of negative survey reports. Just how much money in survey fees is this unsuspecting chain of prospective buyers wasting, when all along this agent is fully aware that the property harbours major problems?

Pittis were absolutely brilliant in helping with my move to the Isle of Wight. Milly, the branch manager in Ventnor went beyond the call of duty. Pittis were absolutely brilliant in helping with my move to the Isle of Wight.
Milly, the branch manager in Ventnor went beyond the call of duty. Chasing the 'chain' over on the mainland, trying to get things moving, not just the odd phone call but many times leading up to exchange. I would have lost the sale here if it hadn't been for her persistence. My agent in West Sussex was completely useless did precisely nothing to move things along. So if it hadn't been for the Ventnor branch I wouldn't be happily living where I am now.

From the start Millie was enthusiastic about selling our cottage and demonstrated excellent price comparisons with similar properties. She proved to be spot-on with her valuation and kept us informed over every viewing and feedback. We were lucky to receive a good offer very quickly and Millie kept us informed on progress throughout. We were very impressed with her management and found her friendly, interested and helpful at all stages of the sale. We would highly recommend Ventnor Pittis and Millie in particular.
