I am a first time buyer,and only started looking at properties at the beginning of November.I had been to a couple of estate agents before I visited pittis and they were okay!quite welcoming but not half as good as pittis were!I was made to feel really welcome as soon as I walked in and was greeted by Shem.It was all so new to me as I have never done this before but I did walk away feeling much more confident and happy.So much so that I am now in the process of getting my new flat...The whole team have been great I have had so many questions and phone calls to them over the last couple of months and they are always there to help.I think they probably deserve a medal for having to have put up with me..They definitely stand out to me as being one of the best estate agents by far.And I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

At the time we had our house up for sale in Yorkshire, and were wanting to purchase a flat with cash that we could use to give us an income which would facilitate our early retirement and subsequent relocation on a permanent basis to this beautiful island. We sold our house in Yorkshire within 8 months, and moved down to the island, although we had intended to use the flat to live in while looking for our house, we had in fact seen a lovely house on one of our trips to the island which we bought within days of our Yorkshire sale.

The flat provides us with a useful income and has only been without a tenant for 2 weeks in the 2 year period since we bought it. It has also only cost us £45 for a new key, as the flat has a management company (I am a director) which deals with maintenance matters for an annual fee.
Pittis with their professionalism, gave us a warm welcome to the island, and we have never been happier away from the hustle and bustle of City living in Sheffield.
