Paul Rolfe appears very professional. However, I would not recommend this leasing agency. Firstly, they are not polite or all that helpful with the move-in process. All positive feedback so far, however not finished the full process as of yet. Not as of yet paid as still going through offer stages, so cannot rally comment on last couple of questions. I am currently awaiting an exit date, as my solicitor is yet to hear from estate agents regarding this.

I would not trust this company! Integrity and honesty is a huge thing when buying your first house or any house for that matter.
