This has to be the worst letting agency in the area, do not trust them or use them. They are unreliable and do not return emails or calls. We rented our annex through them, when it came to getting deposits back etc they delayed returning any money due back as long as possible and lied on several... Read Full Review

As a former Landlord I would like to warn all prospective Landlords DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS. I have been lied to on several occasions ,all my requests and e mails and phone calls ignored. Mulberrys are so very lazy it is easier for them to charge me the Landlord for damages rather than investigate... Read Full Review

They are the pirates of student letting for RHUL. It took them more than 2 months to send my deposit back, and only after a number of emails. This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. I hope that other people are wise when choosing estate agents because we have lost £500 admin due to their scamming and unproffesional nature, we changed our mind less that 24hrs after paying over the phone on Friday the 8th of June... What agent could do to change your mind?
To have refunded us our money especially after I called less than 24hours after the transaction took place. No signed contract or form of identification was given by me. Mulberrys had not actually done any paper work, so took our kept our money, yet no service was given. My phone bill will be expensive this month, because I spent most of the time on Hold wanting for Rita Clarke, only to tell me that she would not refund me. In case anyone else deals with her, she cannot articulate clearly or even put together on conclusive argument. This company is shameful.

Terrible - I would advise any student at Royal Holloway to look elsewhere. Mulberrys took 3 months to return my deposit, dispite all parties being in agreement, they would not fix an ant infestation in my room, they refused to sort out an ant infestation and we were mislead into what contract...
