I recently used mulberrys and found that they are perhaps the rudest people I have ever met! Inconsiderate to people's situation and don't understand the definition of the word politeness. I write on behalf of my house mates and myself. Having rented through other Agents in my first year we can recommend Mulberrys. A bad experience before with another Agent but now all ok. Feel sure that everyone will have some story or another about every Agent. There were a few teething problems... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
