When trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this Estate Agent so don't waste... Read Full Review

I was not going to leave a review as you didn't actually sell the property but since you decided that I still needed to pay your fees because the buyer originally came via your branch then I will. As first time buyers my partner and I have been searching for our 'perfect' first home for a while now. We have seen 2 that we have loved and went to view. This team in Heswall are next to useless. They have sent me to a last minute viewing to a house which was double my budget wasting my time and the prospective seller. Listed a property almost 2 months before its scheduled to get empty. Called numerous time to make an appointment to view and always they took my number and never called. Trying to rent a house through them. Found a nice house and wanted a viewing. After numerous phone calls and emails that were sent we have now given up.
