When trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this Estate Agent so don't waste... Read Full Review

When trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this Estate Agent so don't waste your money and seek a reputable Estate Agent to Sell your Property.

I was not going to leave a review as you didn't actually sell the property but since you decided that I still needed to pay your fees because the buyer originally came via your branch then I will. If Bugsy Malone was an estate agent he would work at the Heswall branch of move residential. It seems to be staffed by children trying hard to be adults.
The first problem I had was trying to make them understand that the contract was with me and not a third party that they happened to know had an interest in the property. After explaining this to 3 different people I just let them get on with passing what I would call confidential information to this third party. There were other problems, like, not giving prospective clients correct details but the biggest mistake was taking the property off the market the second a prospective buyer showed the slightest interest. This cost around 3 months of missed opportunities. If your planning to sell your property and wish to deal with inexperienced agents then please use Move Residential in Heswall.

The second property, the agent didn't have the key for the house? Maybe it was the wrong key or maybe he had lost it? So after peeping through windows and still keen the agent apologised and said he would go back and discuss th problem and would be sure to call us later in the day to reschedule our viewing. Again nothing! No phone call. No email.
If I was a selling my home I would be incredibly annoyed that this circus is not bothered about contacting potential buyers! Think we will take our money else where.

This team in Heswall are next to useless. They have sent me to a last minute viewing to a house which was double my budget wasting my time and the prospective seller. I have asked on numerous occasions for emails for new properties newly on the market which i have never received , I have asked for viewings and they dont return my call backs and then the property has gone. I have missed out on so may potential properties i have been really interested in buying but due to the incompetence of the staff I have missed out. Very unprofessional, the manager needs to address all the issues and maybe go and job shadow other estate agents in the area to see how its done.

If you are a landlord or a tenant bother with this company for your own sanity. The bloke that answers the phone is really rude too. This did not bode well for any future relationship so maybe it's good they don't bother with customers. Will wait for property To be taken over by an actual estate agent
