Found the property in July 2015. Was told by Ian Bowden that to remove the property from the market we would need to pay the 6 weeks deposit plus £120 for the credit checks, which we did by bank transfer. We found the property on a website, OnTheMarket.com, in July 2015. We viewed the property and was told by Ian Bowden that in order for him to remove property from the market, we would need to pay a deposit and reference fees.
