Absolutely horrendous. Dirty flat. Everything broken. Constant lies. Money grabbing. We moved into out flat to find it had not been cleaned at all, it was absolutely awful. Be very wary of renting a property through Martin & Co. They're slow, unreliable and extremely expensive. �360 fee just to move into a property (on top of rent and bond). 2 cancellations 5 minutes before a viewing time. A shambles to say the least... Read Full Review

communication with this office was unprofessional and rude. What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing the agent said would allow me to recommend middlewood road office. Would strongly recommend using another office. I rang the campo lane office who where excellent in their communication skills and very professional in their behaviour
