Really disappointed with this agency. The service is poor, they don't look after the tenant. After paying a huge fee you expect they take care of you and assist you but it's not what we found. Really disappointed with this agency. The service is poor, they don't look after the tenant. After paying a huge fee you expect they take care of you and assist you but it's not what we found.
The communication was not clear at all, specially in the check out. The agent didn't help us with the End of Tenancy at all and it didn't' work at all as a intermediary between the landlord and the tenants.
We had to manage the check out inventory and the cleaning on our own despite they went who organised the appointments. We needed to ask them several times to send the check out inventory to the landlord in order to get the deposit back.
Don't recommend it at all, you can't trust in them.
