I have recently sold my home of more than 20 years in Totnes, I am pleased that I chose to use Marchand Petit,as they were consistently professional, helpful and responsive.All staff were friendly and the manager Tim thoughtful and helpful.In particular I dealt with Martha who was great and always got back to me promptly and was calm and communicative with myself and the vendors alike.It can be a difficult process selling a well loved home,but they made the process as smooth and easy as possible.
