We had made a confirmed appointment to view a property in Dittisham. The estate agent did not show up and when I phoned him he was still in his office in Dartmouth, 20 minutes drive away. He had seemingly forgotten the appointment and had not bothered to phone to say he was held up. This is no way... Read Full Review

We had made a confirmed appointment to view a property in Dittisham. The estate agent did not show up and when I phoned him he was still in his office in Dartmouth, 20 minutes drive away. He had seemingly forgotten the appointment and had not bothered to phone to say he was held up. This is no way for a service related business to prosper. His apology email blamed people in his office for not reminding him of the appointment. He is supposed to be the M.D. of the business! It is HIS responsibility to manage his diary and not let down both prospective buyers and the sellers who are relying on his professionalism. Not a company to rely on.
