We had made a confirmed appointment to view a property in Dittisham. The estate agent did not show up and when I phoned him he was still in his office in Dartmouth, 20 minutes drive away. We are tenants in a property that they let and their treatment of us had been the worst I have ever known. They have lied about things done to the property, lied about us been totally obstructive and also broken the law in that they changed our energy supplier without telling us and did not supply ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
