Truly, truly awful. Both the branch in Arbroath and the branch in Forfar conduct themselves in an appalling manner. They are dismissive (verging on bored) if you complain, and go out of their way to be as difficult as possible. Their referencing company of choice is also very questionable indeed.... this company is all about landlords and do not care about tenants, and beware when you leave a property as they will go out of their way to find fault and try to stop you receiving your full deposit back, this company should be avoided at all... Read Full Review
