Having viewed the house 3 times we were set to buy. WE dug deep and came up with a cracking offer. The Agent called to tell us we were the preferred bidder at 12.20 pm if we could agree terms. We agreed to pay a deposit to secure longer entry date. Came back asking if we could take earlier entry... Read Full Review
