We were told very wrong information about a perspective let, to start we always ask first hand about what they require for referencing fees and check with what they require as an appropriate salary etc, and were assured all was fine. We originally bought our house through Keith Ian, so when we decided to sell we chose to use the agent that knew it already. What agent could do to change your mind?
Keith Ian could have refunded or part paid the cost of the wall repairs for which we still believe they are liable.

These guys are fine until you want to leave. They tried everything to keep my deposit. It was really really bad and I am furious about being treated in this way. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
