What a complete joke. I tried to sell my property with them however they played me off against another property exactly the same for a higher sale price. Avoid! As a landlord I have rented a property for 10 years through a different agent. I had the house on the market with them for 2 years and not a sniff of an offer. They kept asking me to lower the price which they had valued it in the first place.
