The service is absolutely garbage. I have no words to describe it. The maintenance guy failed to show up 3 times despite making me work form home so that I could be present. Very unprofessional company. Did some work to 3 of the properties, was very long about payment. Still haven't received payment 30 days on. Will be passing their details on to debt collectors. Horrible and disrespectful landlord. He doesnt even respect his own staff. They keep increasing the rent and threaten to kick you out.
