My partner and I first came across the property advertised at The Strada in Edinburgh a couple of years ago and it seemed too good to be true - which should have been our first warning. Overall, a terrible service. I went as a prospective tenant, as I really wanted to live in the Strada where IRD have properties to rent. Although 3 properties were advertised as available online, there were none available, there was no explanation for this and the gentlemen kept changing his mind... Read Full Review

If you are a tradesman be warned !!!!!!! DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR IRD YOU WILL NOT GET PAID!!!!! I did over �2000 of work for this lot and got nothing but promises. They don't give a toss about the tenants only interested in ripping you... Read Full Review

Rent increased 4 month into a 12 month contract. Couldnt call the property management company (myself since the landlord, Sunil, disappeared off the face of the earth) - the property management company couldnt talk to me since IRD homes/ Sunil had not paid the factor fee's for the building.
