First of all I have to say - make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING in your property when renting from this agent. Take photos at the start of the tenancy, and also at the end when you checkout. Worst estate agent ever, they are liers and love to rip students off. Stay away (specially students). They promised the house would get repaired before we moved in but it wasn't, repairing is one thing they didn't even clean up for us to move in. Rude .. unorganised... Liers ... very...
