We booked viewing of property waited out side in rain no agent showed up went to offices to be told our appointment was not 11am but 11.45 when our email was saying 11am still we went to view at 11.45 to find they were doing another viewing .That was running over we were told to wait out side in... I used Halls because I assumed, wrongly, that I would find a level of professionalism that would ensure the landlord would be within the law. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
