Letting Dept is a total joke!! Called Amey in letting 5 times the previous day with regards to a property but constantly not available so left voicemail, also emailed but 24 hrs later not one response!! Very unprofessional organisation. Amy in the lettings department in particular is very poor. I left 4 voice messages and two emails and did not receive one reply. I called back a 5th time and spoke to a colleague and she told me the property I had been trying to enquiry about was gone 3 days... Read Full Review

My advice to Landlords, give your property to a more professional organisation that can effectively manage communications with tenants.
