Lucy provided us with advice on surveys, EPC certificates and useful tips on how best to present the house to maximise our chances of a timely sale. Viewings were handled completely by the team causing the minimum of fuss to us.

Viewings were handled completely by the team causing the minimum of fuss to us.
The whole team at the Ridgeway office were friendly and happy to provide assistance when we required it throughout the whole process, Liaising with the both our buyers and the conveyancy team to assist in a smooth sale.
Many thanks to all concerned. I would highly recommend them.

I had previously bought and sold houses through two other Fulford branches and been happy with the service and this influenced my decision this time. I was not disappointed. My house took a while to sell but I always felt that the whole team were working for me and that they all knew the house, the viewers and what was happening. Communication with me and with each other was excellent. I was therefore confident that potential buyers received a similar service. They were helpful throughout the conveyancing and good and supportive through what was a fraught process. It was stressful would have been even more so without the efforts made, particularly by Lucy but also the whole team. I'd certainly recommend them.
