I have been very satisfied using Fourlet as an agency to look after my property and find tenants. They are prompt and efficient when communicating with me, regular and on time with inspections. I would like to Echo the points made by the previous tenants, staff I found at times to be unhelpful and communication was on most occasions poor (had someone turn up to view our property at tea time, with no prior warning) as the other tennants have said we found points highlighted on checkout... I called to enquire about a property, took several attempts to get through, when I finally did the staff member said they would arrange a time with current tenants and call back, they took my details and some basic information and i awaited their call. What agent could do to change your mind?
To educate their staff on how to speak to customers, and call back when they say they will rather then playing dumb.
