Awful experience with with letting agency. We reported issues in the property multiple times and they were never fixed. We were even left to pay hundreds when we moved in to fix issues ourselves. Left for weeks with no hot water as they tried to be cheap with getting someone to fix it. Would not... Read Full Review

Worst letting agent I've ever had to deal with. If you want something done you are better off doing it yourself, our flat has a mould issue that we were told to log, which we did, didn't get a response for well over a week and that was only because I chased up on this to be told they were still looking into this. Staff have absolutely no clue whatsoever and ask tenets to tell them about the flat and building (which they should know) as they are wanting to rent it out after we leave. Jessica in particular is very rude, have never been spoken to in such a rude condescending manner when asking a simple question. Morgan was the only one that seemed to know what she was doing. Would avoid this letting agent at all costs.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I think they should have informed me about the possibility of viewing the flat earlier (as I was informed that 11.00 am was the earliest possibility to view the flat on that date). And given that I received incorrect information about viewing times on 27/2/2014 and I explicitly said that when I called the agency for the fist time that I wanted to put a deposit to secure the flat, I think First Union should have given priority to my request.

I have found First Union very unprofessional, since the day before I have made it very clear that I wanted to make a deposit immediately (as I have seen the flat before) in order to secure the flat, and that I wanted the earliest viewing available on 27th February 2014. I think a professional attitude would have been to inform me that it was possible to view the flat earlier than 11.00 am, so that I would have had the chance to view the flat first, as I requested.
