I have only viewed 3 properties with this agent and that was 3 too many. One was ok but the area was so run-down that I though it was due for compulsory purchase to expand a motorway or a bypass.

The other two seemed to need so much attention that IMO no-one could have lived in them while the work was being done. None of this was apparent from the 'virtual viewing' I had been sent. It would be helpful if such properties were advertised as 'needing modernisation' then they could be avoided, instead of having time wasted.

I put my property on the market with company, one woman apparently requested countless times to view. She had most of the asking price but would need a small loan to meet te price. Everyone else either didn’t turn up or hadn’t sold. I went with another agent, I could of sold this 3 months ago. The woman who wanted it then still wants it now. I’m not impressed, one guy said you need to pay £200 before we take it off the market, I said if you were as quick getting viewers to my house as you are at asking for money. I would give a better rating

Personally the information requested was excessive and I may contact the Information Commissioner to check if the demands are within GDPR requirements. Was expecting to be asked for weight, height and inside leg measurements too. Were they trained by the Gestapo? I would rather miss a house than deal with them again. Glad there are other agents in Thornton who understand customer service or I would have considered not moving.

How can they sell ANY houses? I did notice that the houses i wanted to view have been on a while.. now i know why..
vendors? if you have your house up with these clowns take it down and use someone else you will NEVER sell it....
Not sure how an estate agent who blocks viewings and sales make any money.. I suspect something else is going on here

They would never tell you how much they are going to charge you to start with. all they would tell you is what you want to hear but when everything is completed that is when you see all the hidden fee by then is too late The money has already gone to there account.

All I can say is their are professional when it comes to lying to people about their fee Please everyone If you have already committed to this state agency please make sure you put everything in writing because if you don't do their will take advantage of that And charge you every single penny Farrell Heyworth does not think about other people when it comes to the deposit or fee anything that has to do with money their will make sure their take as much as they can if it's possible for them to leave you in the street they will. Farrell Heyworth Cleveleys Is the worst state agency I have ever dealt wit and I would never recommend them even to my worst enemy ? ?

Farrell Heyworth has to be the worst Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. If you want to sell you property I would urge you to look at other agents. If you want to buy a property from them you will have to chase and chase and find ways to contact the staff. Be prepared for a long wait and to be patient. Ok my experience has been during lockdown. I see a property online and called on April 16. Viewing unfortunately was not available. However a virtue viewing was arranged 5 days after. Having looked at the property I made an offer. At this point I was told the property was a repossession and the clients would be contacted and I would be update asap. Days later I increased my offer which was excepted. I was allowed to view, socially distancing in place. From here things deteriorated very quickly. I made numerous phone calls 12. and 6 emails with no response. The only way you could speak with anyone was to choose the lettings option on the FH switchboard. Sales just would not get answered. I asked lettings 3 times to speak with a manager at sales. This never happened. However I was told that FH were aware of a problem with sales as other customers reported problems. My solicitor also had problems speaking to my contact at FH. Emails were never answered. It took just under 2 months for a procedure that I was told initially would be 3/4 weeks. On the day of completion I had to travel from Southshore to Cleveleys to get the keys. I was treated very poorly with no customer care given. As I mentioned this was during lockdown. I was also dealing with another Estate Agent for a similar property in the same street. Here the company were very professional. Excellent customer service. Calls and emails were returned the same day or the next day. Sorry Farrell Heyworth you were very disappointing.

The only reason we went with these charlatans in the first place is they had managed to dupe some other mugs, whose house we wanted into selling with them and Justin wanted the chance to sell both really quickly. From this moment in May we have had 2 phone calls from them. 1 for a viewing for a lovely lady that wasn't in a position to buy, this was from Shona who was supposed to be selling our house, still to this day hasnt been here as she sent someone else out to show the lady round, who also hadnt seen the house before. 2nd phone call was a month ago to see if we wanted another facebook campaign. If you are considering using this company please give your head a wobble and look elsewhere. How they are still in business is beyond me.

I contacted Farrell Heyworth, Clevelys to put two propertys on the market and also to view a property. The valuations were quickly arranged and I was told that I would be called back about the viewing as the vendors had to be contacted first.
After 3 days had passed I called again to enquire about the viewing, I spoke to at least two people and it was quite apparent that nothing had been done to arrange the viewing. As my impression of this company was that they were not promoting their clients property I cancelled the valuation requests. I was later called about the viewing that I had requested and this was arranged, during this phone call I confirmed that the valuation visits had been cancelled.
I viewed the property that I had requested a viewing of but some time later received an email telling me that the valuations were still going to go ahead. I phoned their office again told them that I had cancelled the valuations, and also requested a viewing of another property. I was again told that they would get back to me after calling the vendor.
I called again later that day and was told that they had still not been able to contact the vendor. The next day having still not received a call from Farrell Heyworth I went to externally view the property that I was interested in, and to my surprise according to the signboard outside the house IT WAS NO LONGER EVEN BEING MARKETED BY FARRELL HEYWORTH. I knocked on the door and spoke to the vendor who informed me that she had placed the property with another agent about a month previously, AND that Farrell Heyworth had not contacted her about my prospective viewing, even though she had been available.
I was subsequently passing the Farrell Heyworth office and decided to call in to see why they were telling me stories that had little more effect than to waste my time. Even though I told their representative that I had spoken to the vendor and viewed her property, he insisted that he had been trying to contact her, and when I asked why he was even trying to arrange a viewing for me when the property was no longer in their hands then he said that the vendor was not out of contract and that it was within his rights to still market her property.
Very shortly afterwards I bumped into the vendor in the street and told her what the rep in Farrell Heyworth's had said, the vendor told me that not only was she out of contract, but that she had got Farrell Heyworth's to sign to say that she was free to market her property with another agent, and that she was just on her way to their office to sort them out. Shortly after this again met the lady in the street and she told me that Farrell Heyworth's had agreed to take the property down from their website - I have just checked their website and cannot find the property, so presumably they have indeed done this.
After having been misled so badly by members of staff at Farrell Heyworth's Clevelys office, not only would I never sell a property through them I will never again even try to arrange a viewing of a property through them - You can't manufacture time and anybody who wastes your time is wasting your life!
