I started my rental relationship with Ajaye and Eden Harper in 2008 when I moved to Australia.
From day one EH have looked after me and the management support offered has always been prompt and completely reasonable and professional at all times.
Elizabeth has been exceptional in finding me reliable tenants, negotiating fair rent and keeping on top of her game. I have not been disappointed and trust her knowledge on the market place and how best to market my flat. What's more, I can ring her at any time and she always recognises my voice and is happy to hear from me and chat . i have now sold my property, also through Eden Harper and Thomas was fantastic, offering another great EH experience. Be it renting or sales, I would highly recommend Eden Harper to anyone.

They recently dealt with the sale of the property and again were very professional and even ended up saving me money! I liked the fact that they were honest and upfront about potential tenants, buyers, costings etc.

I have rented my flat through Eden Harper for about 5 years and have always found them a pleasure to deal with. They are very efficient and keep in touch constantly replying to emails immediately. They have continuously found me great, reliable and tidy tenants and ensured I am getting a good rent for my property. They deal with all the maintenance and safety of my flat and are so helpful in sourcing new furniture and reliable good workers for repairs when necessary. All paperwork is emailed to me clearly and promptly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Eden Harper for renting your property.

By far and away the best estate agents I have ever come across. They made the process of selling my property easy. From valuation through to completion, the service provided was excellent. Amazingly I soon found the Brixton staff felt like good friends... down-to-earth, kind, unassuming yet highly professional.
Over the ensuing years they've proved to be extremely helpful & supportive & I have happily left the finding of tenants for my properties in their capable & reliable hands.
When I eventually no longer feel like doing it myself, I feel confident that I can leave the management of my properties to EH too...

Just wanted to say that Eden Harper were fantastic. All the staff are so genuine and friendly.
I was always first name terms and never felt awkward about calling them for an update.
I bought my flat 5 years ago through Eden Harper and it seemed fitting to then sell it through them.
Despite my the market being quite unpredictable for the past 6-8 and having two buyers pull out, they kept plugging me away and eventually 3rd time lucky they got a better offer than previous offers.
Richard, Thomas and Liz are refreshinglyy down to earth and realistic and do not try and pull the wool over your eyes.
I bought the flat through Liz and sold the flat through mainly Richard and also Thomas
I would definitely recommend them as a sole Agency and rate them far higher than FOXTONS.
5 star service.

We did have a few technical problems when we first moved in, the gas meter was hard to locate and the oven's fuse kept blowing, these were no faults of Eden Harper, but they quickly resolved these issues. They do provide a professional and personal service. Every member of staff I have spoken with have been very pleasant and helpful.

We moved out of the accommodation due to the property being sold. Eden Harper were very good in providing updates of the sale process. They were also able to help us secure a new property.

I felt like they were using the other people to pressurise us into putting in a deposit, i.e. to make out if you don't put a deposit in then the property would be let to others, i was also wondering whether that was their tactic, that the other people there was just to give the impression the property was in demand. Having paid the deposit into their account i was told i would need to show ids and reference ( first time renter) but he did not say when he needs them by.

When i got the required documents ready in about a week i was told and i quote sorry you have lost your deposit because you did not provide the reference and ids in time. Everytime I try calling the phone i just get a voicemail and it just say sorry cannot accept new message because voicemail box is full and is then cut off. The only way of contacting him was by text message. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE USING THIS METHOD TO CON YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY!!!

Kept to their word! I understand that mistakes and miscommunications do happen sometimes but having said that we would be first in the least they could’ve have done was allow us to view the property and then put all of the offers to the landlord so that she/he could choose which offer to go with.

The next day, an hour before we were due to view the property, I received a text message from Eden Harper saying that our viewing was cancelled as the flat had gone – apparently people had been in to view that lunch time! I was shocked to hear this having been assured that 6.00pm was the earliest that we could possibly view! When I rang the agency to see what had happened they informed me that not only had people been in at lunch time but also that they had other people booked in earlier that afternoon. Had I have known we could have gone earlier then of course I would have.
Feel incredibly frustrated to have missed out on this property because of Eden Harper's incompetence! I don't usually write bad reviews but I'm just so frustrated that I feel compelled to this time!
