Will rob take money out of and ignore tenants. Charged us £40 for a light bulb-the only damage incurred to our flat- and went out of their way to be difficult- not responding to emails or processing our deposit refund. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
