Will rob take money out of and ignore tenants. Charged us £40 for a light bulb-the only damage incurred to our flat- and went out of their way to be difficult- not responding to emails or processing our deposit refund. Would give zero if I could. Do not fix anything, window was broken before we moved in, no action taken for 12 months.
