I have had two flats with Merchant Lettings, a company now owned by Countrywide. What agent could do to change your mind?

PLEASE communicate better within your team. And be incredibly careful about who you send arrears letters to guarantors that your files are correct. If this carries on I will be contacting trading standards and the police.
