This company are a disgrace. I have actively discouraged friends and colleagues from using them. If you are going to rent from them I suggest you photograph everything in the property, keep a record of every phone call (date, time, name of person that you are speaking to etc.) and attach read... The most unhelpful group of people I have ever had to deal with. They work in conjunction with our primary estate agents Entwistle Green in Preston (I'm not too sure how it works) and constantly call my housemates and me asking for money we DO NOT owe, purely because they have not read our file...
