Very poor service. I would avoid them at all costs. They do not respond to emails. I have a tenant who moved out not paying the last months rent and they have yet to release the tenant's deposit. To be avoided at all costs. They hide behind every cock-and-bull excuse in order not to get work done (Electric gates took over 2 months), do not fulfil all the work required under the terms of the lease (roof inspection etc.) and do not tender work to 3 contractors as required by lease. enabling... This agency is abysmal. My friend and I rent a property through one of their agents, King and Chasemore, based in Crawley, West Sussex. What agent could do to change your mind?
Courtesy, kindness, understanding and respect when dealing with us would have made every situation better. Unfortunately, the damage has been done now, and nothing that the agency can or will do can sway our opinion.
