Where do I start.. An agent visited and made many promises about how much I could get for my house. In the first few weeks I had Zero viewings. Most of the time they couldnt be bothered to attend when I had the few viewings that were organised. communication is zero and the attitude of a certain branch partner is awful. $$$$ is all he is interested in. Would I use them again 100% no. which is a shame as the branch member is lovely and would do anything to help. In my eyes she is the only reason that place isnt closed down. I ended up selling my house for 30k less than a house over the road. I am not saying they are completley on par, but my house should have gone for more... They were more than happy to take the 3k

The WORST agents that I have EVER encountered.
- I have left numerous voicemails with them, in hope that I'd get a call back ( I didn't!)
- I have called so many times but no one seems to answer in the lettings team
- I have contacted the sales team, and they have sent numerous emails on my behalf to the lettings team (still no callback)
Honestly....if you guys are struggling, EMPLOY MORE STAFF!

These have got to be the worst estate agents I have ever spoken to they never return your calls they wouldn't even accept the asking price offered by myself on a house because they said that they may receive higher offers so what's the point in having an asking price !! What agent could do to change your mind?

I feel that the fees charged by Burchell Edwards are extremely excessive, and was extremely disappointed to receive only one set of keys for the property. There are two of us renting the property, who both had to pay the fees charged. For us to then have to get further keys cut at our own cost seems incredibly unfair
