I'm impressed with Birchell Edwards's entire team, especially Laura Needham. She's a mortgage advisor. Whatever I say about her wasn't be enough. She is a great professional and extremely good person. At our first meeting, she made me feel calm and confident that everything would be fine. The property I bought is located in Worksop. Since I was buying a property for the first time, I constantly had some questions for it. Believe me, I've never seen anyone respond to emails faster than her. She was really helpful from beginning to end. If you are new to buying a property, I highly recommend Laura.

As many other mentioned, even 1 star is too much. They push you to sign the letting contract online and to sign for docs you haven't received. As many other mentioned, even 1 star is too much. They push you to sign the letting contract online and to sign for docs you haven't received. On top to sign inventory check before you actually see it?! Totally disappointed of this agent! The property is absolutely not what was described and shown initially. They care only for money. Once taken, they're gone and leave you in the mess. No gas because it wasn't sorted out, no shower, too many broken stuff, no garage as door broken despite being part of the rent. Appaling customer service. Jasmine was unreasonable and brushed off problems! AVOID!!! I can't believe they have permission to practice this business. That's not the way to attract and keep customers! Unbelievable!

My husband and I have had excellent service from both Grace and Jasmine. Very friendly and professional.
We had our property on with another agent for three months ant they couldn't find us a tenant. And over all a very bad service.
So we changed company's. So pleased we did as Grace and Jasmine found us a tenant in just two days. We can't praise both of them enough. The same goes for all the members of staff at the branch we have spoken to.

i rented a property from the burchell edwards branch in mansfield. i can quite frankly say the service i recieved was appuling, when i moved into the house everything apeared to be okay, this was not the case very quickly i found that many of the services were not working in the property E.G the boiler. throughout the hole 7 months of renting the place and paying on time every month the boiler and other things were not fixed. burchell edwards seamed really uninterested. the landlord was a disgrace and burchell edwards only ever seamed to defend him. this is the worst branch i have ever had to deal with and will not be dealing with them again.

We picked our keys up today and ryan was so helpful and polite as he as been all the way through the different stages we went through to get to completion date...when ryan wasn't available we dealt with adam who also was polite and helpful...it been a stress free process dealing with ryan and adam also a few laughs a long the way Usually at my knowledge of today technology.....!!!!
