Never had such a terrible service. Everything ok till we agreed to use Bridgfords to sell our house and but the house we wanted. Problems with mortgage advice and application. From start to finish they were pushy and unhelpful. On one viewing they never turned up and after having trouble contacting the office I finally learnt that the staff member had gone off sick and no one had contacted me. What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service needs improving massively. Never felt like a valued customer. Too corporate. All the smart suits in the world mean nothing if you can\'t provide a good service and be genuine which Bridgfords were not

I was quoted very high fees if I wanted to sell my house through this company. Thankfully I chose another company who did a great job for me
